Spaghetti Squash Recipe

  • Spaghetti Squash
  • Olive Oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat to 400 degrees
  2. Cut squash in half lengthwise and scoop out seeds/filling
  3. Rub olive oil, salt, and pepper into hollow sides (try not using too much olive oil or salt)
  4. Place cut side down on an oven tray and use a fork to poke holes into top of the squash
  5. Bake for 30-45 minutes, then use for to shred insides of squash into noodles. Serve with spaghetti sauce
