Sous Vide Steak Recipe
2.5 hours
- 2 Steaks (8-12oz), NY Strip preferred
- Salt
- Pepper
- 1 tbsp butter
Instructions
- Set sous vide to 130 degrees.
- Season your steaks with salt and pepper.
- Add steaks to sous vide bags, cook for 2 hours.
- Set pan on stove top to medium-high, add butter
- Remove steaks from bags and add to pan.
- Flip after 3-4 minutes. Scoop butter/juice on top to keep from drying.
