Sous Vide Steak

Sous Vide Steak Recipe

2.5 hours
  • 2 Steaks (8-12oz), NY Strip preferred
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 1 tbsp butter

Instructions

  1. Set sous vide to 130 degrees.
  2. Season your steaks with salt and pepper.
  3. Add steaks to sous vide bags, cook for 2 hours.
  4. Set pan on stove top to medium-high, add butter
  5. Remove steaks from bags and add to pan.
  6. Flip after 3-4 minutes. Scoop butter/juice on top to keep from drying.
