Gochujang Ribs Recipe

  • Ribs
  • 2 spoonfuls of gochujang
  • 2 Tbsp soy sauce
  • 1.5 Tbsp rice wine vinegar
  • 1 spoonful brown sugar
  • 2 inches of grated ginger
  • 2 garlic cloves grated

Instructions

  1. Combine ingredients and add to sous vide bags
  2. Sous vide at 180 degrees for 4.5 hours. Let rest for 20 mins
  3. Make gochujang sauce again and spread on ribs
  4. Broil for 5 mins
