Gochujang Ribs Recipe

- Ribs
- 2 spoonfuls of gochujang
- 2 Tbsp soy sauce
- 1.5 Tbsp rice wine vinegar
- 1 spoonful brown sugar
- 2 inches of grated ginger
- 2 garlic cloves grated
Instructions
- Combine ingredients and add to sous vide bags
- Sous vide at 180 degrees for 4.5 hours. Let rest for 20 mins
- Make gochujang sauce again and spread on ribs
- Broil for 5 mins
