French Toast

French Toast Recipe

  • ⅔ cup milk
  • 2 large eggs
  • ¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 6 slices bread
  • 1 tablespoon unsalted butter, or more as needed
  • Maple Syrup

Instructions

  1. Whisk milk, eggs, and cinnamon together in a shallow bowl.
  2. Lightly butter a griddle or skillet and heat over medium-high heat.
  3. Dunk bread in the egg mixture, soaking both sides.
  4. Transfer to the hot skillet and cook until golden, 3 to 4 minutes per side. Serve hot with syrup.

Note: Feel free to add vanilla extract
