Apple Cider Donut Bread

- 2 cups apple cider
- ½ cup butter (room temperature)
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 large egg
- 2 cups flour
- 1 tablespoon apple pie spice
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- ½ teaspoon baking soda
- ½ teaspoon salt Topping:
- ¼ cup melted butter
- ½ cup sugar
- 1 tablespoon cinnamon
Instructions
- Boil the apple cider until reduced by half.
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a 9x5 loaf pan.
- Beat butter and brown sugar until fluffy. Add the egg and mix.
- Mix in dry ingredients and reduced cider by hand until just combined.
- Pour into the pan and bake for 50 minutes.
- Brush with melted butter, sprinkle with cinnamon sugar, and let cool before serving.
